Female Health Workers Workplace Social Capital Survey-Short Form

The Persian Version of the Short-Form Workplace Social Capital Questionnaire is an 8 item survey that evaluates the psychometric properties of a Persian translation of the social capital scale by Kouvonen et al (2006). The self-administered questionnaire measures two factors, "group cohesion" and "committed management", among a group of Iranian nurses. Within group cohesion, questions explore participation, trust, and support. Questions pertaining committed management include decision-making, resolving work conflicts and problems, division of labor, and performance evaluation of nurses are the tasks of nursing management.
