Scoring Procedures

Item values are summed and index values range from 0 to 4. The index score is further divided into three equal categories of collective efficacy: low (1-1.999), medium (2-2.999) and high (3-4). The higher the score, the higher is the degree of confidence in collective efficacy to achieve specific goals.
