The Perceived Neighborhood Social Cohesion questionnaire Brief Form (P-NSC-BF) is a 9-item instrument that measures respondents' perceptions of neighborhood social resources in French and German. The 3 factors measured by the P-NSC-BF are trust, attachment to the neighborhood, and tolerance. The original questionnaire is represented by 8 factors tapping both perceived and structural aspects of social capital.
